Kosmos SPG Rub
As seen in this video, this is my new go-to SPG for beef, or anything else where SPG is ideal.
Why we love it: We I’ve always loved Kosmos rubs, so when I saw their SPG at my local Ace Hardware, I had to give it a try. And, as usual, it didn’t disappoint. Simply the most flavorful SPG I’ve used so far. I don’t know how it can be so much different given that it’s basically just salt, pepper, and garlic, but somehow it sure is.
