We cooked BBQ ribs and wings in this new-to-us air fryer in a recent episode, and boy did it perform well.

Why we love it: WIt has a DC motor, which is unique among air fryers, that allows to have variable fan speed.  That means, not only is your temp adjusted for your specific cook, but the fan moves the air at the right rate.  For example, if you are using the dehydrator function, the fan spins at the lowest speed to keep things drying slowly.  The digital display is very slick and responsive, and it’s quieter than other air fryer’s we’ve used.  OH and by the way, it’s VERY reasonably priced.  Highly recommended.
