We’ve used these shears to slice party ribs, cut rotisserie chicken like they do at Peruvian chicken joints, and so much more.

Why we love it: As seen in this video, they make meat cutting jobs so much easier. If there’s one fault, it’s that the clasp mechanism can get loose and may need to be tightened with a flathead, but I just pulled the clasp off completely. Works like a charm and always seems to be on big sale!
